Tyson Fury is one of the modern-day boxing legends and has an undefeated boxing record (31-0-1). Standing at 6 feet and 9 inches and currently weighing 277 pounds, Fury boasts an impressive physique.
Recently, on his podcast, Joe Rogan came up with a theory describing why people admire ‘The Gypsy King.” He defined Tyson Fury’s physique as being “deceptive” as he looks big and heavy but is immensely agile.
He said, “I have a theory about why people like Tyson fury It’s not just because he’s awesome but also because he has back fat. He’s one of the most extraordinary heavy-weight boxers ever.”
“He’s 6’9. He’s a gipsy, and he’s a f*cking character they call him the Gipsy king. He was very fat at one point in time and then got pretty thin, but he’s still in between fights in particular he carries a lot of back fat.”
“It’s all deceptive. First of all, he’s huge, he’s so tall I mean 6’9 and he just has an immense reach. Immense reach and he’s very talented like it’s not just a physical advantage.”

During his career, Fury has battled alcohol addiction and depression and at one point he even weighed close to 400 pounds. After being inactive in boxing for three years, he made an astonishing comeback, shedding around 112 pounds and getting into shape.

Ngannou and Fury are two of the greatest heavyweights of the era. Therefore, many fans want to see these two champions facing each other. Rogan was one such individual.
