WATCH: Deontay Wilder Cracks Up Comedian Dave Chappelle With 3 Words

This is what greets the viewers when they stumble upon this one YouTube Shorts clip uploaded by All Urban Central. The standup comedian Dave Chappelle delivers his own light version of ’till this day.’ It comes as a subtle pat on the shoulder. But, right then, before Chappelle’s line fades, a fearful Deontay Wilder leans forward. And like a stinging jab, forcing his voice to the camera, out says loud that one iconic phrase. “Till this day”.

At this, the entire room cracks up along with Dave Chappelle. That famous phrase overpowers the scene once again, credits to Deontay Wilder.

Dave Chappelle is best known for his sense of humor and the ability to entertain. Whereas Deontay is often associated with the slugfests that he pours in, in most of his matches. Away from all the characters often portrayed, it is indeed a treat to watch The Bronze Bomber have some fun.

The path of Deontay Wilder stretched to this day

With a professional record of 42 wins, 1 draw, and only 2 losses, Wilder is a raging heavyweight. How often does one come across a boxer who has 41 victories via knockout in 45 professional matches?

Wilder, whose last bout was against the Gypsy King, breathes his hardest to this day. At the age of 36, fans can only expect The Bronze Bomber to hurl his way to the front.

Ahead of his fight with Fury in 2018, during an interview with Radio Rahim, Deontay Wilder got indignantly emotional.

With full throttle, Wilder screamed his indignation out. His anger called for unity against discrimination.

Wilder, on many occasions, has voiced his desire for unity. For him, there are no my people or your people. As his March 30th, 2022 tweet reads, “We’re stronger TOGETHER than within the eyes of the devil.”

The emphasis that he lays on the word ‘together’ is strong and clear.
