Worst of the match was, by far, the crowd.
Pathetic stuff, including the boos at the end of the match.
But that's what we have…

The crowd at Indian Wells has been in the news recently for all the wrong reasons. After Naomi Osaka lost her second-round encounter, she burst into tears. She was disgusted with the unruly behavior of the crowd during the match and couldn’t control her emotions.
Nadal enters the semifinals of Indian Wells 2022
Coming to the match between Kyrgios and Nadal, it was going to be tough for the Australian Open singles champion as Kyrgios has been in good form lately. It was Kyrgios who took the early initiative by breaking Nadal’s serve in the third game of the first set. However, Nadal bounced back in style to break his opponent’s serve in the 10th game of the opening set. The first set went into a tie-breaker which proved to be a one-sided affair, with Nadal taking a one-set lead.
The second set was a keenly fought affair with both the players holding their serves initially. However, Kyrgios broke Nadal’s serve in the final game of the second set to win 7-5 and level the match.
Further, in the deciding set, Nadal punched a deciding blow on Kyrgios’ hopes of winning the match in the seventh game of the third set when he broke Kyrgios’ serve. It proved to be enough for the Spaniard as he eventually won the deciding set 6-4. In the semifinals, Nadal will take on the winner of the match between Carlos Alcaraz and Cameron Norrie.
